Testing Firm Buys Dynamic Labs Assets

California-based National Technical Systems, a provider of quality and conformance testing services, has acquired the assets of Dynamic Labs, a Phoenix, Arizona and Austin-based EMI and environmental testing lab. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed. NTS said that it will relocate the Dynamic Labs location in Phoenix to its Tempe laboratory, and the Dynamic Labs location in Austin to Plano. Dynamic Labs offers EMI, environmental, and dynamics testing in Phoenix, along with aerospace, environmental, and dynamic testing in Austin.
