Opsware Completes Creekpath Acquisition

Opsware has completed its acquisition of Colorado-based Creekpath Systems, the firm said Wednesday morning. Opsware originally announced the $10M acquisition July 11th. Opsware said that it will use technology acquired from Creekpath in an upcoming application storage automation solution, integrating automation of servers, networking, and storage.
