ConfigureSoft Targets Asset Reporting

Colorado Springs-based ConfigureSoft, a provider of systems management software, is extending itself into asset reporting. The firm announced today that it has launched a new module for its Enterprise Configuration Manager software, targeted at asset management. ECM Management Extensions for Assets (ECMMX for Assets) discovers hardware and software assets, printers, and fax machines for tracking, maintenance, and compliance purposes. ConfigureSoft's tools are used for security and compliance monitoring.
