Configuresoft Wins Account

Configuresoft, a publisher of enterprise server management applications, revealed that paper-based packaging firm Smurfit Kappa Group is using Configuresoft’s Enterprise Configuration Manager to ensure continuous, cross-platform compliance. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. Configuresoft explained that, by using ECM, Smurfit Kappa can collect detailed configuration data from every Windows and UNIX workstation and server on its network. That information, Configuresoft said, is then consolidated in a configuration management database for immediate access, analysis and reporting. Configuresoft is headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colo.
