RightNow Scores Win In Kentucky

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies, a provider of on-demand support tools, has scored a win at the State of Kentucky. RightNow said that the state will use its products for an effort to promote postsecondary education for its citizens. RightNow's tools will be used to target middle school students, high school students, and adult learners; the solution will be used by eight universities, its community colleges, and Kentucky's online university. The product will be used to answer questions about the programs and for customer relationship management (CRM).
