RightNow Signs Illinois Tax Agency

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies has added the Illinois Department of Revenue to its lineup of customers. RightNow announced today that the tax department will use its solutions for providing tax information to taxpayers, as well as within its contact center to help its staff give approved answers. The tax department is also using the service to provide newsletter to tax practitioners and to generate reports on which parts of the tax code are giving the general public trouble. RightNow is a provider of hosted, customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
