Seagate, Cornice Reach Settlement

Longmont, Colorado-based Cornice has reached a settlement with Seagate Technology, the firm said today. The companies said that they have dismissed litigation between the firms, and agreed not to sue each other for patent infringement through the end of 2007. Cornice is a provider of rugged, micro hard drives for the mobile phone and other markets.
