Rivet Ships XBRL Software
Denver, Colorado-based Rivet Software has announced a new, flat-fee software and consulting package to provide XBRL (Extensible Business Reporting Language) filing assistance to public companies. The firm said that it wil provide its software and consulting for XBRL financial filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Rivet's software automates XBRL software filings with the SEC, a requirement of 10-K and 10-Q filings. The company said that its flat fee software and consulting includes 10-K and 10-Q XBRL filings, but does not include non-financial information such as Notes to Financial Statements.
