Rivet Software Names CFO

Denver-based Rivet Software, the developer of XBRL and other financial and business reporting software, said that it has named Barry Capoot as its new Chief Financial Officer. Capoot was most recently CFO of Diamond Wire Material Technologies, and also has served at Green Manning &Y Bunch, Bank of America, and Ernst & Young. Rivet Software develops applications used by companies to file financial reports with the SEC using XBRL.
