Sirenza Buys Premier Devices For $72.1M
Broomfield, Colorado-based Sirenza Microdevices has acquired Premier Devices, a provider of cable television components, for $72.1M. Sirenza said that the deal is a combination of stock, cash, and debt. Premier Devices develops RF component solutions for the cable television market. The companies expect the acquisition to close in the second quarter of 2006. Sirenza is a developer of RF components used in the cable industry, and acquired ISG Broadband, another developer of CATV RF amplifiers last year.
