CoReg360 Acquired By Marketing Firm

Denver Colorado-based CoReg360, an online lead generation company, has been acquired by Chicago-based PRIMIS Marketing Group. Terms were not disclosed. PRIMIS said that it acquired CoReg360 to create an integrated, multi-channel approach to prospecting. The firm said that CoReg360 provides services to AC Nielsen, Apollo Group/University of Phoenix, Dell, Gap, and LendingTree and Netflix, along with others. CoReg360 will remain in Denver.
