CSG and Prairie Systems Integrate Services

Englewood Colorado-based CSG Systems and Omaha Nebraska-based Prairie Systems announced today that the two companies have integrated an automated voice appointment verification solution. The solution integrates Prarie Systems Field Service Appointment Verification software with CSG's Workforce Express product. the combined solution uses speech technology to reach cable customer waiting for installation and service, and schedule specific appointment times rather than typically large service windows. The two companies said that the solution is targeted at broadband and digital broadcast satellite service providers. CSG provides billing and customer care products to telecommunications providers.
