Students at
Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff are about to become one of the first universities nationwide to get self-delivery robots from robotics startup
Starship Technologies, Starship said on Monday. According to Starship, it has inked a deal with Sodexo USA, the operator of NAU's dining halls, to roll out its sidewalk following delivery robotis in Flaggstaff. According to San Francisco-based Starship Technologies, this week more than 30 robots will rolls out at NAU, delivering food and drink from local food options, for a fixed fee of $1.99. The company said the robotics deliveries will tie into NAU's meal plans for students.
