Arizona State University is the recipient of one of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation's enterpreneurship grants, announced last week. The Kauffman Foundation, which focuses on encouraging entrepreneurship, awarded $5M to ASU as part of a $25.5M grant program to nine universities. The grants will go toward making entrepreneurship a campus-wide opportunity at the school. Other schools receiving grants included Brown University, Carnegie Mellon, Georgetown, NYU, Purdue, Syracuse, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and University of Maryland-Baltimore County.
