Rogue Wave Now Officially Part Of Perforce
Louisville, Colorado-based software development tools maker Rogue Wave Software is now officially part of Perforce, after the completion of the earlier announced private equity transaction. Financial details of the deal have not been announced. Rogue Wave was owned by Audax Private Equity, and Perforce is owned by Clearlake Capital. The deal was first announced in January. Perforce was advised by Cooley LLP in the deal; Rogue Wave was advised by Kirkland & Ellis LLP, William Blair, LLC, and Shea & Company LLC in the transaction.
