Cloud software developer
Quick Base, which develops software-as-a-service for helping to build customized business applications, said today at the Silicon Slopes Tech Summit that it is opening up a new office in Salt Lake City. The company--which is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts--said that it selected Salt Lake City, because it is a "vibrant technology hub with an impressive pool of talent". The company called Salt Lake City an "obvious choice" for its second office. Quick Base said it expects the new office and its increase in headcount to help it further serve its customers across the U.S. Quick Base is majority owned by Vita Equity Partners, which purchased the company earlier this month.
