Foundry Group, has chalked up yet another successful exit this morning, after
HelloSign, in a deal worth $230M in cash. Both Dropbox and HelloSign are based in San Francisco. HelloSign was venture backed by such investors as Foundry Group, US Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Zach Coelius, Keith Rabois, Joshua Reeves, Paul Buchheit, and Webb Investment Networks. Foundry led the
Series B investment round for HelloSign in 2017, with Foundry Group's Ryan McIntyre sitting on the company's board of directors.
