Boulder-based venture capital investor
Foundry Group has scored an exit in its portfolio, with the acquisition of San Francisco-based online marketing and advertising firm
Triggit. Triggit, which was based in San Francisco, was acquired by
Gravity4, also based in San Francisco. Financial terms of the buy were not disclsoed. Triggit was backed by Bay Partners, Foundry Group, and Spark Capital. Foundry's Seth Levine was on Triggit's board.
