Nearmap is making it easier for residential and commercial solar power provider
Auric Solar better provide estimates to its prospective customers, according to Nearmap. Nearmap says that Auric Solar is using its high resolution aerial maps, which provide a more complete and accurate view of properties, to create proposals, in its latest customer win. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Nearmap said the use of its data is helping Auric reduces change orders, improves its qualification process and more, using such data as historical imagery to figure out the presence or lack of foliage on roofs, to identify roof obstructions, and much more. Auric Solar serves Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, and Utah.
