Nuvi, which develops "social listening" tools used to monitor social media posts, said it has added the ability to track conversations in Arabic. Nuvi said the expanded language support means it can use Arabic social mentions for extracting keyword trends in social conversations, determine key influencers in those conversations, provide more accurate sentiment analysis, and more. NUVI said the support will help it service a growing number of businesses who natively speak Arabic, as well as those that target Arabic speaking consumers with their products and services. NUVI did not say how much the addition of the Arabic capability would cost, but said the new feature is now available for all of its customers.
