H5 Data Centers Gets Behind Renewables For Cleveland Data Center
Denver-based colocation and data center provider
H5 Data Centers
said on Friday that it will offset 100% of its energy consumption at its Cleveland data center, by purchasing renewable energy certificates (RECs). According to H5 Data Centers, the move will reduce the environmental impact of its energy use. H5 says the move is not its only move to support renewable energy; the company said it recently purchased a 478-kW solar array for its Denver data center.
