Report: Sphero Cuts 45 Jobs On Poor Holiday Sales
Boulder-based robot toy maker Sphero has cut 45 workers--most in Boulder--as a result of poor holiday sales, according to a report today. Thereport said that the layoffs came when the company's holiday sales "failed to live up to expectations." Sphero had been riding high as it had seen skyrocketing sales due to its relationship with Disney.
