Do you have a great idea which can help make the world a better place to live, and want to make that a business? Boulder-based
Techstars said this week that it has launched a brand new accelerator, the
Techstars Sustainability Accelerator, which will focus exactly on that--all in partnership with
The Nature Conservancy. According to Techstars, the new program, which will be based in Denver, will focus on entrepreneurs with commercially viable technologies that can rapidly scale to help sustainably provide food and water and address global issues like climate change. Applications for the new accelerator will open in January of 2018, and will launch in July of 2018. The startup accelerator is the second accelerator program in the "impact" space launched by Techstars this year; the other, the Techstars Impact Accelerator, was announced in October and will run in Austin.
