Clinical Innovations Acquired By EQT
Salt Lake City-based Clinical Innovations, a developer of single-use, medical devices for the labor and delivery market, including devices used to treat postpartum hemorrhage, has been acquired by private equity investor EQT, EQT said today. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. EQT said it acquired a majority stake in Clinical Innovations via its EQT Mid Market US fund. Clinical Innovations develops medical devices used in labor and delivery departments within hospitals, including neonatal intensive care units.
