Global Healthcare Exchange Now Owned By Temasek
Louisville, Colorado-based GHX, the provider of supply chain management software and services to the healthcare industry, is now officially owned by Singapore's Temasek, after the deal officially closed on the acquisition from Thoma Bravo on Thursday, the companies said. The deal--originally announced in May--will give Temasek majority ownership of GHX, with a minority stake retained by Thoma Bravo.
