New Arizona VC Firm, E&I Ventures, Targets Seed, Angel, Series A Funding
Chandler, Arizona-based E&I Ventures said this morning that it has launched a brand new, venture capital firm, which it says will focus on equity and debt investments in technology businesses in the seed, angel and Series A stages. the new firm, founded by Geoffrey Mobisson and Doug Guilbeau, did not say how much it has to invest in startups, but said it will make minority investments of $100,000 to $1 million. The two are co-founders of Salesforce.com partner Levementum. E&I Ventures says it has already invested in Scottsdale's ClickIPO, and Los Angeles-based youth sports team software developer GroundWork.
