TechStars, the startup incubation program run by David Cohen, Brad Feld, and others, has
open sourced a set of legal documents focused on seed funding, the group said over the weekend. The documents include a typical seed funding term sheet, restated articles of incorporation, bylaws, and other documents needed in angel and seed funding rounds. According to Cohen, the documents were created by law firm Cooley Godward Kronish, LLP, and are targeted at companies working on an angel or seed financing in the $250k-$2M range.
