Denver-based
Galvanize, which offers up classes, coworking, and other resources for startups, said it has launched a new course which blends online classes with in-person coaching. The company said its new "Cloud Native Ssentials" will teach developers to use Spring and the Pivotal Cloud Foundry for software development. Galvanize said it believes it's the first to offer up "blended learning"--the use of not just online course material, but also face-to-face classes and live and online coaching sessions, to teach students material. Galvanize said the new course includes approximately 70 hours of online coursework, plus two weeks of in-person instruction in a more traditional classroom.
