Phoenix-based online car buying service
Carvana, the startup which lets consumers to purchase new cars through an online service, has opened up its second "car vending machine", in Houston, Texas. The company--which opened its first "car vending machine" in Nashville, Tennesse in 2015--said the new machine is eight stories tall, and can store 30 cars at one time, with four delivery bays for vehicles. The "vending machine" allows users to deposit a coin and have their car (which was already purchased online by users) delivered to them via an automated, robotic system.
