Zayo Group Names New Board Member

Boulder-based Zayo Group Holdings said on Thursday that it has named M. Catherine (Cathy) Morris to the company's board. Morris is the Chief Strategy Officer at Arrow Electronics, where she has been for the last 20 years. Zayo said Morris also will serve on its audit and compensation committees of the board.
