Zayo Shuffles Board
Louisville, Colorado-based Zayo Group, the bandwidth provider, said early this morning that it has replaced board member Don Detampel. Detampel was recently appointed as EVP at Charter Communications, which the firm said was a potential conflict. Zayo said it will look to replace Detampel over the next few months. Zayo is headed by Dan Caruso, and operates a network of fiber-based bandwidth infrastructure.
