ARCOM Acquired by Alpine Investors
Salt Lake City-based ARCOM, a developer of software for the architectural and engineering market, has been acquired by invest fund Alpine Investors V SBIC, LP, the fund said today. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Alpine Investors said that it has appointed Jim Contarci, the company's CEO-in-residence, as CEO of ARCOM. ARCOM maintains and distributions architectural specifications from the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
