Sling Turns To Presidential Debate, Monday Night Football To Drum Up Viewers
Englewood, Colorado-based Sling TV, the streaming television service, is hoping to attract new viewers with a free preview on Monday night--taking advantage of both the Clinton-Trump presidential debate, and Monday Night football. Sling said the preview--the very first for the service--will allow customers to access both the debate and the football game between Atlanta and New Orleans. Sling said it will only require a valid email and password to try out the service, with no requirement for a credit ard. Sling offers up a number of streaming video packages, which allow users without cable or satellite TV service to stream live television stations; the company offers up a number of bundles with different stations, geared at different user interests.
