LogRhythm Finds $50M In Funding For Security Tools
Boulder-based LogRhythm, the developer of log analysis and management software for the cybersecurity market, announced this morning that it has raised $50M in a funding round. The funding was led by Riverwood Capital, and also included Adams Street Partners, Siemens Venture Capital, Delta-v Capital along with EDBI (Singapore), Exclusive Ventures, and Silver Lake Waterman. LogRhythm said the funding will go toward worldwide expansion, innovation, plus to strengthen its balance sheet. The company is led by Andy Grolnick, and develops SIEM tools, which are used by enterprises for cyber threat detection and response.
