Boulder-based LogRhythm, which develops security analysis software, said today that it has named Karen Blasing to the company's board of directors. Blasing was most recently Chief Financial Officer and Tresasure at Guidewire Software. She also has served at Force10 Networks, Salesforce.com, Nuance Communications, and Counterpane Internet Security. LogRhythm develops security information and event management (SIEM) tools, which are used in computer security efforts. LogRhythm pointed out that Blasing led Guidewire's finances through its IPO and as a public company.
