LeisureLink to Sell Consumer Brands to Ski.com
Salt Lake City-based LeisureLink announced today that it is selling its lineup of consumer-focused brands to Ski.com, as it looks to focus exclusively on its distribution business. LeisureLink said it is selling VacationRoost.com, MountainReservations.com, ParkCityReservations.com, BrekenridgeDestinations.com, and a number of other sites to Ski.com in the deal. Financial details of the sales were not announced. LeisureLink, which is led by Julian Castelli, said it will now focus more resources on its core vacation rental distribution business. LeisureLink has had a strategic partnership with Ski.com since April.
