VacationRoost, the vacation rental marketplace operator, has acquired
LeisureLink, a fellow developer of booking software, the companies said last week. According to VacationRoost, the acquisition deal will create a new division for the company, the LeisureLink Partner Service Group. LeisureLink's products are used to simplify distribution of vacation rentals to online marketplaces. LeisureLink had been venture backed by Clearstore Venture Partners, Mission Ventures, and Wyndham Worldwide. VacationRoost is led by Julian Castelli.
