Zayo Names New CTO
Boulder-based Zayo Group said Friday that it has named Jack Waters as the company's Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and president of Network Solutions. Waters previously solved at Level 3, MCI Communications, and SURAnet; he was at Level 3 working with Zayo founder Dan Caruso, beginning in 1997, according to the company. Waters will report directly to Caruso, who is CEO and Chairman of the company. Zayo operates an extensive dark fiber network, and also provides colocation and other services.
