AdSwerve Buys Analytics Pros
Denver-based AdSwerve, a provider of programmatic advertising buying services, said on Tuesday that it has acquired Analytics Pros, a Google Analytics 360 and Google Cloud partner and reseller. AdSwerve said it will pay $24M for Analytics Pros. Analytics Pros is based in Seattle, Washington. AdSwerve said the acquisition will bring its headcount to more than 120, and will drive its estimated gross revenues to more than $100M in 2018. The deal was funded by private equity investor Abry Partners.
