, the developer of a software platform to help patients find and pick post-acute care providers when they are at the hospital, has raised a funding round. Size of the funding was not disclosed. The funding was led by Pritzker Group Venture Capital and GE Ventures, and also included Epic Ventures. SilverVue says its platform, SilverSearch, is used hospitals to help patients--accessible via tablet--choose their post-acute care provider based on CMS ratings, zip codes and insurance plans. The startup is led by Will West.
