TapInfluence is making a major expansion in the engineering area this week, and has opened up a new office in Silicon Valley to help expand its technical resources. Along with the new office, the company said it has hired a new CTO, Eli Gild, to head up that new office. According to TapInfluence, the new office will help it to better recruit and share engineering talent between Silicon Valley and its Boulder headquarters. TapInfluence says it expects to hire seven to 10 engineers in the new location over the next quarter. Gild previously was CTO at HDS Global, and also served at UpMo, KickNation (Acquired by EA), Rondavu, and LexisNexis. TapInfluence is a developer of influencer marketing automation software.
