Gogo, the in-flight wireless services provider which has operations in Broomfield, Colorado, has been sued by
American Airlines, over the speed of its Internet service. According to the lawsuit, filed in Texas, American Airlines is looking to switch its in-flight Internet services to competitor ViaSat, since ViaSat is now offering much faster Internet speeds than available from Gogo.
