Braxton Science & Technology Group Buys Florida Company
Colorado Springs-based Braxton Science & Technology Group and O'Neil Group Company said Friday that they have acquired Melbourne, Florida-based Space/Ground System Solutions Inc. SGSS is an engineering firm that provides command and control and space software for the defense and space market. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. OGC said the buy will help its expand its national presence.
