Control4 Acquires Pakedge For $32.7M
Salt Lake City-based Control4 said this week that it has acquired Pakedge Device & Software, a provider of networking product and cloud network management services for the connected home and business market. Control4 said it paid $32.7 million in cash for Pakedge, which was based in Huntington Beach and Hayward, California. Control4 said Pakedge had approximately $18.5M in sales in 2015.
