The Carlyle Group To Cut Holdings In CoreSite Via Offering

said late Wednesday that private equity investor
The Carlyle Group
is selling 4,000,000 shares of its common stock in Coresite, as part of an investment offering. The offering is being underwritten by Citigroup and Jeffries. CoreSite said the sale will bring The Carlyle Group's ownership of the company to 35.4% of the company. CoreSite said Citigroup and Jeffries will make the common stock in the offering available to purchasers directly, through agents, or through the New York Stock Exchange, where Coresite is publicly listed.
