Limelight Networks Enhances Media Workflow Tool
Tempe, Arizona-based content delivery network operator Limelight Networks said Thursday that it has added "significant" enhancements to its product aimed at media and broadcasters. The company said it has added features too its Limelight Orchestrate product, which is used by organizations to manage and publish streaming video content. Limelight said the enhancements include better cache control, automatic conversion of content to the most popular mobile formats, and tools to improve the performance of long-tail content.
