Limelight Targets Broadcasters, Media Owners With New Product
Tempe, Arizona-based content delivery network (CDN) provider Limelight Networks has rolled out a new product aimed at broadcasters and media content owners. According to the company, it has rolled out a new product called Limelight Orchestrate, which helps with the publishing workflow for digital video content. Pricing on the new product was not announced. The new product handles transcoding, close captionining, adapting media to different devices, DRM, and more.
