Salt Lake City-based sPower, a nationwide renewable energy provider, said today that it has named David Shipley as its Chief Financial Officer, and Ray Henger as SVP of Structured Finance. Shipley hsa been at sPower since February, and joined from Jones Lang LaSalle, and also was at Enfinity America Corporation. Henger was previously at OwnEnergy, and also was at Wasserstein Perella, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) and Credit Suisse. sPower is owned by Fir Tree Partners.
