Dizzion, a provider of cloud-based, virtual desktop services, said this morning that it has raised $3.9M in a Series A funding round. The funding was led by Grotech Ventures and Access Ventures, and also included Point B Capital, Correlation Ventures and Service Provider Capital. Dizzion, which is led by Steve Prather, helps corporations eliminate the hassles of managing individual desktop PCs, by implementing virtual PC desktops, which are managed from a central environment. The company said it plans to more than double its team with the investment.
