Greenwood Village-based
Dizzion, a developer and provider of cloud computing services started by ViaWest veterans, has raised $680,000 in a seed funding round, according to a regulatory filing this week. The firm, founded by Steve Prather, Manny Ladis and Rob Green, is developing virtual desktops to companies, intended for remote workers and others to access their corporate desktops. The funding
reportedly came from friends and family, and the firm is apparently now working on a Series A worth $4M to $6M.
